Prospective authors are asked to submit a short abstract June 20, 2025.

For submission please access the electronic submission page of the symposium.

After receiving the evaluation report from the reviewers, eligible authors are asked to submit the final version of their work as an up to 6 pages full paper  .docx or .doc document, in which they are required to answer the potential observations of the reviewers.

Please use the same electronic submission page for sending the CAMERA-READY version. Also, the Copyright form must be electronically fill and signed from the conference platform. Please find the editor’s instructions for camera ready submission and copyright form here.

As a requirement from IEEE regarding the indexing of papers in IEEEXplore database:
• All the accepted papers must be presented at the conference by at least one of the authors;
• The IEEE Copyright Form must be completed by at least by one of the authors;
• The Camera-Ready version of your final paper (PDF file) has to be certified by the IEEE PDF Express platform, please consult IEEE PDF eXpress Format Check Guide .

All the reviewer-accepted final papers will be published in the conference/workshop proceedings only if also meets two conditions:

• payment of the corresponding registration fee;
• at least one author should attend the conference/workshop and present his paper. Pay to publish is not allowed!

Accepted papers will be published in a dedicated IEEE proceeding.
Before final paper submission authors must use IEEE PDF eXpress (http://www.pdf-express.org) to ensure that the paper is IEEE Xplore compatible, otherwise won’t be published in IEEE Xplore database (Conference Record #67352).

Improved versions of a very significant number of presented papers will be considered for publication in the indexed in IDB Journals “ Iasi Polytechnic Institute Bulletin” and “Annals of the Craiova University“.
